Kyle Colonna
Hi, I’m Kyle. I started Colonna Coaching after a coach completely changed my outlook on fitness and life. After spending five years in conventional gyms, it became clear to me just how different it is to truly build capable, high-character individuals versus just chasing numbers.
With my background in athletics and coaching, I’ve built an approach that gives clients — and coaches — the tools and freedom to grow with no ceiling. Our focus is on long-term success: mentally, physically, and spiritually. It’s about more than sets and reps — it’s about equipping people to lead themselves and elevate those around them.
At the heart of it, this work is about creating a catalyst — helping others experience the kind of life-changing shift that my coach gave me. There are no limits to what we can achieve when we build and grow together.
I look forward to connecting and hearing about your goals — and how we can help you get there.

Rae Fraser

Hello! I’m Rae, a 42 year old Mom of 3. I have been an active participant in the gym since my late teens, previous to that I was a sports junkie. When my time in sports was up and I could no longer sustain the busy schedule required, I transitioned to strength training. It has been a pleasure to be a part of the gym community for over 20 years. Helping people through fitness is my life’s mission. My expertise lies in strength training, nutrition guidance, and helping clients overcome injuries. I take quite a holistic approach to fitness, helping people create a sustainable routine that fits seamlessly into their life to improve physical health, mental health and quality of life. Through ups and downs of my own, I have found that having strong physical and mental health (and a good dose of humour) has helped me to overcome life’s obstacles more effectively and I love nothing more than giving that gift to others. In this busy life, sometimes we need to reset, refocus and rearrange our priorities, or take the next step towards our goals. I’m here to help. Nothing makes me feel more accomplished or happy than helping people on their journey to become strong, confident and proud. I can’t wait to work with you!

As a 32-year-old mom of three, I found my true passion for fitness after becoming a parent. What started as a personal journey to feel stronger and more confident quickly turned into a calling to help others do the same.
I believe fitness is about far more than just aesthetics — it’s a lifelong investment in your body, mind, and spirit. My approach is rooted in building strength from the inside out, empowering clients to move with confidence, live with energy, and find joy in the process.
Whether you're a busy mom, new to the gym, or looking to reignite your motivation, I’m here to help you build a strong foundation that supports your goals and your life.
Let’s move with purpose — together.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Most Supportive, Knowledgeable Trainer!
"Starting my fitness journey felt intimidating — especially managing type one diabetes on top of it. But Liv made me feel so comfortable from day one. Her knowledge around training, nutrition, macros, and even insulin resistance blew me away. She explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand, and I never once felt judged or overwhelmed. Her approach is all about building confidence and helping you feel strong in your own body. If you’re new to fitness or just want someone who truly knows their stuff — Liv is the trainer you need. Working with her has been one of the best decisions I’ve made!"

20 years of teaching aerobics and personal training!
When I started training, women just did cardio and classes, but I loved the way gaining muscle made me feel. So I weight trained from the tender age of 18, learning, growing and sharing with other women.
I am just on the cusp of 60 and I am stronger and more intentional with my training.
I love the strategic discipline that some have with strength training.
I have competed in women’s physique and women’s bodybuilding for the past 15 years, in 7 shows, coming in first and second allowing me to compete on the national stage.. I accomplished my first powerlifting meet last March. First place finish with a deadlift of 286.
I would love to share my knowledge with you.
Reach out and let’s build the best you!

Sydney Lloyd
Hey, I’m Syd and I like to lift things!
I grew up playing many sports but spent most of my time running. It was not until about 3 years ago when my best friend forced me to go to the gym with her that I starting lifting weights. I was very uncomfortable and felt like I didn’t belong there but soon came to love the challenges the gym provided. Once I adjusted to the discomfort, I discovered that a gym is one of the few places where WE ALL BELONG. The gym found me at one of my lowest points and helped build me back up and now I take pride in seeing how I can do the same for others just like my best friend did for me.
As a coach, I help people find their place and pace in their fitness whether it’s gaining strength, improving mobility, or building confidence in movement. Overcoming gym/fitness anxiety is something I have dealt with from the beginning so I am passionate about making sure everyone feels welcome and capable while they maintain or learn their bodies.
